Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. 

Shipping quotes are requested directly from the USPS using weight, distance, and package size. USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your product ships.

Our shipping area includes addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping

Edenz Garden is proud to offer free shipping for our customers with every purchase above $100.00. The subtotal (before taxes) for the cart must be at least $100.00 in order to qualify for free shipping.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, within a 30 day period. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
